SMS terms and conditions

These terms apply to text messages (SMS) from Maycor Group, LLC. We run two messaging programs, described below. By opting in to either one, you agree to these terms.
Program 1: Conversations about your property or inquiry
If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on one of our forms, or if you text us first, Maycor Group may send you text messages about your property or inquiry: for example, to respond to a request, ask a question, schedule or confirm an appointment, send a reminder, or follow up about an offer, a listing, or a transaction. These are conversational messages between you and a member of the Maycor team.
Program 2: Account notifications for Maycor team members
Maycor team members who turn on text alerts in their Maycor Edge account may receive automated work notifications: for example, a lead that hasn't been reached in time, an offer or appointment outcome that is overdue, an item waiting for your approval, a required company procedure to read, or a system problem. These messages go only to team members who have opted in, and each person can turn them off in their account settings or by replying STOP.
Opt-in and consent
You consent to receive texts by checking the SMS consent box on a Maycor form and providing your mobile number, by turning on text alerts in your Maycor Edge account, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any property, product, or service from Maycor, and it is not a condition of employment or of using Maycor Edge.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. For conversations, it depends on your inquiry and our follow-up. For account notifications, it depends on the alerts you have turned on and the activity in your account.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Maycor does not charge for text messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from that program. Reply START to opt back in at any time.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
SMS consent is not shared with third parties. Phone numbers and opt-in consent collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Information collected through texting is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the revised version here. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
